Haji Ali Mohammad Foundation is a welfare organization established by the family members of Late Haji Ali Mohammad Teli. He was renowned Philanthropist who worked for various social causes. The welfare program started in 1966 and the purpose of this organization was to serve mankind Health, education and housing were of utmost interest.

The hospital was taken over by the foundation in October 2000, and was named as Zubaida Medical Centre. It was completely renovated and revamped with extensive up grading of equipments and management system. Within short span of time Zubaida Medical Centre, by the grace of Almighty ALLAH, dedicated management and staff has made a significant difference and served numerous people. It is an ISO certified 9001-2000 (International Standards for Organization) medical centre with a mission of quality, care and services, available to anybody at any time.
