Honda City Sales lahore

My overall experience with Honda city sales has been quite good... Got some denting and painting... The painting was appalling... Very bad... Hence I have not given a 5 star rating...

Very non professional staff specially work shop. Impolite staff. Take bribe from customers to finish their job first. Very crowded workshop no body cares. Staff handle customer very rudely. I will never buy or take my car again to this workshop. Very bad experience happened to me. Owner sb please answer my question I know you are busy and enjoying your work but please ask your staff to behave first and secondly they do take money from customers. Your staff asked me also if I finish your job 1st you have to give me 500. From gate till end everyone is same they create this thing themself by sending more cars inside workshop as they already know inside is full. My company have 12 Honda's bought from your showroom but now from today my all cars will visit Honda Airport.

Very quick service with professional staff. Multiple panels available to accomodate large no of customers. Follow is also good by the supervisor.

Had to wait v much for the car and the ppl who keep on asking money for having me the new car Isnt the begging for nthing

It is a crowded place. Admin is lousy. Workers are over-smart and tried to ask me to give the additional labour charges. Even oil change is more expensive than other places.. I will avoid this place next time

Visited today for 10,000 km inspection and regular maintenance. Upon reaching there, I was welcomed in a decent and friendly way. Staff was helpful, skilled and quick. There are two floors with almost 50 pits available. One thing I didn't like was that the car wash guy was charging for his service although he is an employee of the company and car wash should be complementary for people who come for maintenance and repair. Overall it was a good experience. 8/10

Had the really pathetic experinece. Staff is quite unprofessional. One of their customer representative stopped picking my calls once she received the payment. Also they had no idea about the expected delivery time of my white alsvin lumier car. Not recommended at all.

Let me share my 1st experience about Changan City Sales. 1-The main entrance glass door was completely dirty as it was not cleaned for many days. 2 - When I reached to the sales counter, with 2 males and 2 females staff members were there and all were inattentive and very casually talking to each other. 3- None of this staff was concerned to provide any information about the product. 4- My car delivery took me 3 hours with constant follow up with the casually trained staff. 5- None of the staff member including Sales /Marketing Manager Ali has a single knowledge about the questions of customers. Master Motors must make a mechanism to reach out to their customers for the first hand feedback. I strongly don't recommend Changan City Sales for car booking or car service. They seriously need to put time and energy to train their staff and at least make the Outlook of their show room look professional.
