Makeup is good but rates bit high.

Arrogant staff, service is not upto par!

Good service but rates are very high as compared to others. They do good soft makeups. It has clean environment. But the staff is talking too much with each other while providing service.

I had a wonderful experience here. The lady who cut my hair and my daughters' hair was so kind. She was very friendly with my kids. And she cut our hair so nicely. The salon is so clean. Highly recommended!!!!

The lady who did my pedicure was forcing me to remove my face mask during pedicure. She was trying to get personal. Very Unprofessional they were wasting products. They just massage with scrub on feet for 30 seconds. Also nails are not done properly

Last week we had such a painful experience at hamna’s saloon in Lahore. My niece went in for simple facial services. The girl have no manners to talk to customer. whilst my niece was having her treatment ,she suddenly noticed some scratch pain in her left eye, like when you feel an eye lash in your eye. My niece just stopped that girl and complained about this scratch. The girl said it might be bubble of the cream went in to your eye. This cream she mentioned has chemical in it. Also, the girl have long nails. The girl tried to put rose water in her eye but it didn’t work. The girl also ask for support from her colleagues but they just oh it will be fine soo a it’s nothing wrong. My niece went out from the parlour with red eye.after couple of hours my niece eyes were watery and she has to use tissue papers to stop it. We have to take her to emergency where we found out that she had a scratch in her eye which is causing her pain and redness.doctor also mentioned that this is cause of nail scratch.my niece nearly lost her eye sight. But Allah is great.she is recovering now. Honour just said I will pray for her and give compensation for the treatment. Point is these people are playing with people’s life by putting incompetent staff in their saloon.
