pathetic customer service. today I visited this branch and purchased items amounting to Rs. 1300. but for this they kept me waiting for 15/20 minutes. my family was waiting outside in the car. manager namely Salman was gossiping with the 4/5 employees. when i complained him, he misbehaved with me. is it the way you people deal with your customers? Do you give any importance to customer care?
