Very bad behavior, mismanagement no proper food or accomodations, staff is not supportive

Not recommend to travel with Karvan e royal

Extreme mismanagement at Mina, Shortage of Food, Congested places, overall very bad service for Hajj 2023, i will not recommend to anyone to travel with Karvan e Royal.

I heard alot about them in mecca and madina, all the hajjis that have taken there services are much satisfied. They have taken this holy journey as a personal thing and supervised each and every thing, from food to travelling etc IA next time i will get their services
