As compared to Islamabad and Lahore office. Casual staff and very bad office. I am not sure if their diagnostics were good either.

Had a terrible experience with Compsi today. On Sept 8th I gave my HP laptop to this supposedly authorized HP service center with complaint of not being able to charge the laptop. The charging slot in the laptop wouldn’t blink, means it’s not charging. On Sept 11th got a call from their engineer advising me that my laptop’s motherboard had problem, requiring a fix that would cost Rs 8,500/-. I requested him to email me with details of problem and cost to fix. Later that afternoon, got an email from Muhammad Farrukh, their Head of Customers Care without any details of what problem my laptop had, but did mention that it would cost me Rs 8,500/- and the repair would be carried out only IF I approve the same. I didn’t approve. Instead I visited them today (following the weekend) and asked them to hand me over my laptop. And there to my surprise (after 15 mins wait) someone presented me my laptop, fixed with an invoice to settle!!! And when I reminded them that I never approved, they had little to say except that they would discount my invoice to instead Rs 7,000/-. And when I refused, their engineer told me to “undo” the repair he did!!! I wondered if I was at the authorized HP agent!!! I’m a resident of the US and UAE and being a loyal HP consumer (with 6 HP laptops at home and over 30 HP laptops in office), but never ever had such an unethical experience at any HP outlets in the past over 25 years. I even asked them to let me speak with their General Manager (perhaps Mr. Faisal), in which they gave me a weird smile !! Customers must be extremely cautious of Compsi !!! I would also try to put these feedback on HP international / US website so they know what their authorized service agent is doing with their loyal clients...
