Just sharing an email i sent to them after recieving garbage for 3 thousand rupees. I received the Burfani deal 2 [23535] today. I must say that i am terribly disappointed by the products. First of all the heating fan is broken and unusable. It is also of very cheap quality and very light weight. The mosquito killer is also very cheap quality. And the nivea moisturiser is a joke. I want total refund as soon as possible or at least a workable fan. All i wanted was a heating fan. A good quality fan was available in the market for about 2500 to 3500 rupees. But those were very good sturdy quality products that would last years of use. But the fan you have sent is so cheap. I don't think it would last for more than a month even if it wasn't broken. I feel like i have just been robbed. I got 500 rupee worth of products for 3000. That's just not fair. Plz return my money thanks.

Symbios.pk has been offering products at highly compatible rates and I have been buying different things for three years from here. Recently I bought Lenovo Think Pad x230 Tablet Laptop and it is in good condition. Thanks Symbios.pk for keeping trust.

Its been 2 months of continuous calling expecting them to pick up just get an update on my refund. The product i ordered had better prices else where but I stuck with them because the rep assured me of their services. Needless to say fell a victim to them. I have ordered from all the great tech sites and this is the only one I am telling everyone to NEVER order from.

I was ordered HP 650 G1 Probook series with core i5, gen 4th, 2.60Ghz and 500GB hard drive. I was ordered of 29th November but I received after 12 days even the divelery time is 4 to 5 days only. In start I pay 3,000 Rs. and I received notification you have only pay 33,000 on dilivery time. But after 12 days notice page attached on the parsal write the 36,000. I call back symbios office and they said our fault and finally I pay 39,000. When I started Laptop I shocked the Laptop is damaged. It can automatically shut down afyer half hour. I told then symbios office they told 2 days after we soving your issue but till their is no repond. I am from poor family and I collect these money in 1.5 years. 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👊👊👊😡😡😡. I am very abset. Symbios is a scam! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM! Scam! Scam! Scam!

Such a FRAUD! Horrible service. Sent me the product with a missing part. I called and complained for a refund and they said they would replace the missing part. Now they won't answer their phone or rely to my emails. They haven't sent the missing part or given me a refund and it's been over a month!

Fake and faulty products. No support provided even after fake item sent back no whereabout about order. Never buy from this site. Waste of money. FRAUD FRAUD
