Has good ratings among Suzuki show rooms in Karachi. Beautiful place, ample space for work stations and parking. Situated by a very wide service road. Less space for vehicle display, maximum 3 vehicles can be displayed. Due to over work there are some lapses in services. They may take advance payment of extended warranty but never give you one. Delivery of booked cars is often delayed. Often service work is incomplete or substandard & you have to make more than one visits to get the things fixed. Female staff needs to show more professionalism.

Very busy and crowded, no good customer service. Also I recently got my car inspected and serviced from there and work was not satisfactory at all. Service wasn't properly done and as far as inspection is concerned my instructions were not even followed properly. Over all they seem to have so much work due to which they aren't bothered at all. Worse experience of all the showrooms I've been to.
