The guys are new in this setup. However they hold decades long legacy of excellent car care services. Their service is good. The aftersale and mechanical shops are perhaps the biggest you can find in Toyota dealership. And the staff is well trained and professional. The location is the only drawback as it's away.

Toyota Creek is new name of quality repairing. I got my car repaired by them and work done by them was excellent. They could have done it more better if you go into minor details but still acceptable. I hope they maintain this standard in the future and they would not follow the steps of some other toyota authorized dealers, whom quality of work has gone it. They have good and vast facility available to do jobs but they take couple of days extra.

While the location is quite distant from the general population, they have quite an expansive area for repair works and have all right right manpower and equipment recommended / certified by Toyota to run the dealership. Special care is given to corporate customers to address all their needs

Never get your car repaired from there, their painting work is very bad. They will make you guys fool. I asked them to change my car bonnet as it was in very bad condition after accident but they repaired it and told me we replaced it and charged me the replacement amount. please make sure whatever they are committing

Toyota Creek motors have very good service and deliver ur car far faster than any other showrooms if you have given it for denting and painting . They also take Honda cars for repairs. It’s bit out of way but it’s worth it. They also give u drop serivces as well. But thanks to Careem , there are no transportation issues now.

The car service was good and professional. However, the waiting lounge needs up-gradation. Few chairs compared to the customers. No disposable glasses were available with a water dispenser.

Good service. Good people and courteous staff. Satisfied with the work.
