I recently purchased Honda BRV S. Extremely impressed with professional treatment of Mr. Yasir. Owe him loads of thanks. In a short notice, got the color of my choice, delivery of the car, original number plates, and thorough guidance, and patient answers to my questions, which enabled me to decide on a good deal/choice for myself. An A* from me.

A place of Thugs and Cheater's. Suggest You all do not believe Charm and Wolf's Toungs.

I just have bought honda car. After late delivery and increasing prices car was delayed for 2 more months when on friday they called for the first time and kept on budging through out the day when it was impossible as sharah faisal was blocked. Moreover, car finally delivered was extremely DIRTY, NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY

Don't go for service your car, they don't fulfil their promise to deliver your car on time.

Experience is just good, not very excellent, poor customer service. They charge way too more than normal market rates. Also they don't do a good car wash service with over charges which goes up to two times higher than normal regular rates, and they would waste a lot of your time for unnecessary reasons. Besides, their services can be a better choice if someone needs to have genuine parts or accessories.

The service Center staff has no idea about the protocols of an oil change, I requested to go with the car inside the service area upon which I was issued with the visitor pass, the supervisor who was accompanied with a lady supervisor (probably a new recruit) asked me that you cannot stay with your vehicle inside, I showed him the visitor pass even then he was arguing. I asked him about the oil change protocol which he failed to deliver, there was no recheck for the seepage/leakage after changing the oil filter and renewal of oil case nut. Very poor!

The after sales service is pathetic .. The camera of my car is under warranty and I was told that it could be replaced. I have been calling for replacement but the person receiving the call at the warranty desk keeps closing the phone on me. Very unprofessional!! . The management should train their staff on how to deal with customers.. Just look at Toyota Southern motors what a gem of a service station.. I only wish they could deal with Honda cars

Gone are days when one had trust on the dealership .This dealership has crashed the confidence...my half tankful of petrol came back empty ...my sunroof replacement was so badly done that I had to reach upto one of Lhr dealership when on way to Islamabad and get it re-done with yet again an expense ....The staff not only doesn't work according to company standards,,but also is used to steal customer's leftovers in car(e.g. my half tank of petrol)
