I stayed here with a large family group and the first issue we encountered was finding the place. Google maps takes you to a unpaved road in horrible condition so don't follow it. Directly ask the hosts beforehand - and considering that the addresses in the area aren't even complete they should have given us some tips when we booked. The next problem was the rule of not wearing shoes inside, which I would completely support if the carpets were clean. They were not - hadn't been vacuumed in weeks it looked like. We resorted to wearing socks the entire time - not very pleasant. Its also important to note that one of the rooms is actually a kitchen/dinning area that has been converted into a bedroom. The kitchen is also not functional - we could find no utensils to even make a cup of chai or wash a kids feeder. Basically you have to ask for everything which is weird if this is a homestay - it should already have all the comforts of home! Another drawback of making the dining area into a bedroom is that the common area left is too small for our group of 12 people. The hosts assured us when we booked that the place could accomodate us, but we ended up staying in separate rooms the entire time we were in the house since none of the common areas had enough space. Also beware that the airbnb listing states that this place has a washer/dryer facility - that is a lie. When we inquired about it we were directed to the laundromat down the road and told to pay for the service. I dont think they understand the concept of amenities included: they are supposed to be included in the daily rent you pay! I would also suggest that the owners invest in some upgrades to the house - the doors, carpets and kitchen desperately need uplifts. The view from the house is amazing though - so that makes up for some of these drawbacks.
