Not impressed! For what was the going rate for a double room, we were given a tiny room which appear

Not impressed! For what was the going rate for a double room, we were given a tiny room which appeared to be a single room originally, just with two single beds in now. The bathroom fac were very basic with a squatting toilet. Needed a shower before at the end of the day, before my flight, only to find that there was no hot water.
