Had worst experience of my lifetime. Have never came across such a bad hospital. They peel your skin like butchers & despite changing hefty bills, they send you outside for lab tests, medicines and equipment. Nursing staff has extreme unprofessional attitude. Hygiene condition is worst if compared with what they charge you. Have no electricity backup to operate elevators. Pharmacy operates for few hours in the day and is off on Sunday. And worst if all, they have nothing to offer patients to eat what to talk of the attendants. On asking for my baby outside nursery, they handed over the baby to me directly without asking me for any identity, which is quite dangerous, as anyone can take any baby away with just knowing the name of the mother. Would recommend everyone not to get the treatment from this so called hospital.

Had the worst experience of lifetime. All staff is non-cooperative and rude. Doctors are in real sense butchers! Charging like level of Shifa or other similar hospitals and senior doctors are practicing their names and sub delegate their tasks at the time of operation to fresh/inexperience staff and physicians. Will not recommend anyone to visit this hospital!

A great medical facility for the residents of both Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Quite easily accessible. Although there are some Parking issues but as it is located in Rawalpindi so it is quite common. The fee for check up is quite reasonable. Good doctors, who listen and check their patients with great attention. Especially the Rheumatology specialist is great, any patients with joints problems are highly recommended to visit Medicare and get a checkup scheduled with Dr. Shazia Zamurad.

Excellent Vaccine Center for all types of vaccinations. Needs to have parking facilities.

Good Medical, Gynecological, Surgical, Dental and Pediatric hospital of the locality having expert Doctors in their field. Also providing facility of Excel Lab for investigations and Pharmacy for all types of medicine and medical items inside the hospital.

Bohot acha hospital ha . My daughter had a life or death situation due to Jaundice but the staff and specially Dr Raja Imran was very very helpful and cooperative .

Worst experience with dr mati ullah. Someone recommended him to us and I took my mother on careem to this hospital. Very dirty hospital and we spent much on travelling and fee but our money was wasted. We waited for around 2+ hours and dr mati ullah was busy in his family meetings with over 30 patients waiting. I dn understand if you have some family issue, take a leave and sit at home. But as it is a business nowadays, these people must earn with all the sufferings falling on patients' shoulders. After 2 hours, we got a chance to enter his office and he was extremely rude. He doesnt know how to talk to patients. His assistant reads the file aloud and dr mati ullah cant even check the patient thinking of himself as a king. We didnt get a chance to even explain the complete problem. He wrote a long list of tests which were due from citi lab. Every patient was carrying this paper. So they have a contract with citi lab too. I would say no one should go there. It is better to get yourself checked from a mohallay ka doctor than being looted by a so called awesome doctor who has literally no interest in his patients. Highly disappointed. He should learn some customer service manners and insaniyat.

Went for my kid check up, got the Dr receipt from the receptionist and was asked to go to the 2nd or 3rd floor, I was very surprised when the Dr checked my baby and said he is fine so there is no need for any medication, she handed over the receipt back to me and said to get a refund from the reception.Wow we still have these type of Dr's and hospitals in Pakistan.👌
