ICU is the worst place. Never ever bring ur loved one if her/his condition is serious. Shame on ICU staff u guys dont look like muslims or even human beings. Staff inside ICU have only got training to taunt each other and fight for the work now its ur turn etc. They talk loudly with each other and never pay attention to the patients who are near to death and thier single mistake can kill them. Please train ur staff in ICU and throw out all stupid male/female staff from this section.They are just like animals.please contact me I will let u know each and everything. There are many things im not going to mention here ur staff doing there. But will highlight inshAllah to save the life of others.

Poor management poor staff and also looters doctor sorry to say but it was a very very bad Nightmare. Very pathetic services in terms of being private. Its an other slaughter house.

Dr. Humaira Noreen from Gyne department is the most unprofessional doctor I've ever seen. She doesn't come on time and patients have to wait for not 1, not 2, but 3 hours for her arrival. This is absolutely ridiculous. Can't trust her at all. Had to go to Bilal Hospital immediately then. Moreover, Ahmed Medical Complex hospital has turned out to be a disaster when I visited in January 2022. No heaters, mosquitoes are all over, mouses running in front of everyone. I wish the upper management could take notice of such unprofessional instances.

Such a cheap staff which is not even responding the phone call in emergengency. They transfered the calls to one another.

Doctor Humaira Noreen in the Gynecologist dep should be banned. She is extremely unprofessional and doesn't arrive as per her timings. She was supposed to arrive at 4 pm but we couldn't see her until 6 pm. Extremely sad when they torture patients like this.

Worst worst experience..plz if you love your loved ones and they are in pain plz dnt trust on these guys.My father was suffering from worst worst savore typ of chest pain stomach pain they even can't lay down can't sit can't beeath easily..when we went there there at night no doctor was available there but they lied to us that a random person that may be a compounder that he is doctor.They take 3k advance fee but the person cannot understand what's the issu is going on with my father..Mera baba drd sa trpty re prrr vo deeth insan unko yhii sunata rha k ya ni khana chhaiya vo ni khana chhaiya we were charged more than 5k more only for 1 injection and a drip along with 6 tabs and sent back.My father suffers 2 days more due to wrong medication...and after 2 days of my visit back there i came to know that person was not a doctor....
