silks bank management is peace of shit i didnt used used my acct for 2 years i called on helpline to seek help from them i asked my acct number & acct status he with broken english responded yes ser itz active you can use it then when i transferred amount i came to know my acct is dorment well i went there to solve that matter there was a witch who told me sir new acct khulwa lain! i was WTF am here to get out this shit bank she is draging me into it!

Silk bank is totaly a joke, every time they have backend error, your account creation will take almost months and after that you go to ATM you can't withdraw and then you will call helpline they will also tell you plz wait till evening because there is error.

Wish I could see their branch manager, but I was in hurry, couldn't tell him how unprofessional his staff is, the lady for account opening is rude and the other person next to her got no bone to deal a existing client. no courtesy to call and inform the client.when I chased them after 2weeks to know the status of my request, surprisingly that lady was least bothered if the request wasn't processed. p.s. to the branch manager/to whom it may concern...you need immediate replacement of such careless/stupid staff before you loose your clients.

Poor customer service and their atm is always having some issue. Not recommended
