Since the FM has left the cleaning etc has improved a lot more better service aswell jobs getting done with out any fuss made best cleaner is shoiab Worst place ever to stay waited over 12hours for fresh towels asked for a double bed which I waited for over two weeks till I made a issue it wasn’t sorted toilet had no working flush shower was leaking tv wasn’t working for over 5days kept getting told they have no electrician. Leaking taps all night and day in all it’s a nice place but the service is terrible the facilities manger has a attitude problem and no customer skills or communication skills very disappointed. Nothing gets done till you don’t ask to the owner then magical everything happens. If I had a choice it wouldn’t even get a star.

Very unprofessional. I had been in contact with them more than 2 months ahead of my stay, with them assuring me that apartment is available and booked for me. A day before my stay, I get told that they are fully booked! to make it worse, I had to keep calling them, different team members, and those had confirmed/promised the booking didn't bother to revert back to me directly.

The apartment was clean and comfortable and it suited the family. New clean spacious apartment with good facility. Fabulous new apartment with great amenities including Gym. Would definitely stay here again.

Room are good and decently furnished, well cleaned and equipped with all needs. Comfortable and well controlled atmosphere. A fine place to be, indeed.

I went yesterday for booking for my client coming for abroad. Paid in full for two days. Guest came for checkin and the receptionist was calling me at 11:30 pm as he couldn't find the booking. I had to send paper receipt to make sure booking is there. Guest checked-in and AC wasn't working and he was told A/C cannot be fixed at this hour and my guest had to leave at 12 midnight to find another hotel. I explicitly told receptionist that i wont be available at checkin time so make sure the night duty guy has the information. Hotel is very clean and tidy. Issue is with Management and non seriousness

Unforgettable place, whoever stayed in Esquire apartments. Their next choice is definately not other than Esquire apartments Bahria Town ISLAMABAD. Favourite place for foreigners and business men. Peaceful and clean environment with latest facilities of the time.

I stayed for 3 days in their executive suite. Room is excellent, beautiful view from the room. Best hotel to live in this area.

My Experience with Esquire Apartments is Great. The Staff is very Good and Services are extra ordinary Brillant.I recommend It for everyone for Family and Business Uses.
