Very very helpful and groomed staff. Prices are reasonable as compared to other brands of same category. A vast variety of ladies garments. Shop ambiance is also great. There is dedicated parking space available. Highly recommended for formal dress shopping for ladies.

Most of the time items were not available that I was looking for. Exchange/Refund policy is very hostile for customers. Neither a good experience in store nor online. Pakistani brands need to improve a lot regarding their customers' rights. Poor trade rules!
