One of the Worst branch services but I am not sure about the rest HBL throughout the country. Lazy staff and there is no team management to provide sufficient services to it's own customers. It took an hour to serve just 4 customers by the cashier, after that when I reached to the counter, he said "I am going to take lunch" and just left. It wasn't break time and also there was no anyone else who can serve the remaining customers.

Last time I'm visiting this branch I'm very disapointed with staff behavior specially cashier I'm hbl account holder I present a chq when I reach cash counter after 15 minute que line then cashier ask me attached cnic copy I'm telling I'm account holder hbl have already my record plz write my ac number but cashier behavior is very very bad I'm return without withdrawal
