I have been working with Nazim from Benitoz Islamabad to buy tiles for our project; he has been very professional throughout the whole process. He is always there to help with any questions. I have had such a great experience with them from start to finish. The tiles are great quality and were delivered on time. I would recommend them to everyone for their projects. We had such great customer experience from them.

Worst experience at their outlet. Ordered tiles for a farmhouse and they didn't end up delivering the complete product we ordered and paid for in Advance. Sure go to them if you want the worst experience unprofessional staff and also not get what you paid for.

I purchased tiles worth over Rs. 5 Million from them. Worst experience ever. They are fraud and liars. I am a builder and buy tiles on the regular basis from different vendors. They are by far the worst in commitment and dealing. Never ever pay in advance for tiles. I had the worst experience with them and my project is delayed one month because of their lies and have to suffer huge losses all because of them. They are not even willing to replace the broken tiles delivered at site which were delivered damaged. Do read other reviews too before ordering from them. I had to threaten them of legal consequences for getting my 1.5 Million refund..
