The staff is untrained to say the least. The whole 3 hours I was stuck there, my artist kept fighting with each other for a tail comb! The place has no place to hang your clothes. The whole area was full of smoke because an Extenso was in session. They must have burnt that poor woman's hair because I've had Extenso done and no my salon didn't look like it was on fire. The girl incharge of makeup didn't bother getting me a headband before applying makeup so my hair kept getting coated with foundation. She was least bothered even when I kept asking her to be careful with that. The hairstyle girls had zero concept of copying a basic hairdo from a picture for reference. Asked them to crimp the hair from front to give them a lift but they still managed to make it look plastered to my head. Would not recommend, would not return.
