I payed through Keenu on their website. They called me and continuosly bugged me about proof for pay

I payed through Keenu on their website. They called me and continuosly bugged me about proof for payment. Finally they delivered the cake 40 minutes later then scheduled time. I asked them to write a message on the cake which they forgot. Total disaster.
