This was a Train station in the past. It is no more operational and the rail lines where it intersects the road have been carpeted with asphalt and there remains no clue of the train station. PTI Railway Minister Shaikh Rashid is planning to rejuvenate the intercity railway lines which may make it functional again. Fingers crossed. It will be very good initiative if this station is made functional.
