I am not at all satisfied with the services they provide. Had my car ceramic coated but the surface

I am not at all satisfied with the services they provide. Had my car ceramic coated but the surface is not at all hydrophobic. I wonder if it was even treated or not. Since the car was brand new and had almost none paint correction or swirl marks which makes it impossible to spot any difference.
