First of all the land line number for this OPTP franchise in F-10 Markaz is not available on PTCL phone inquiary but they do have landline numbers for F-7, F-11 Markaz franchises and Centaurus franchise. Second this F-10 franchise do not have dine in facility but they have couple of benches in front of their shop enterence door. Thirdly, unlike other franchises in Islamabad this franchise accept credit cards. Unlike other franchises this franchise have no problem for parking.

Absolute useless, I can make better burgers than this staff, tastes pathetic. Just put a burger pattie and that's it. Jobs Done. I haven't visited any other branch so can't say that this branch suks or the whole OPTP.

This OPTP franchise is rather small and has no room for larger number of people to stand inside. The food quality is okay. Fries are often served cold and stale. Will avoid OPTP fries as they have become pathetic. Their Original GMC chicken burger is one of the best. The beef burgers are very average as the beef is not as soft as it should be. Sometimes the beef burgers are over spicy. They had beef sandwiches too which were amazing but unfortunately have been discontinued. The staff is friendly. But sometimes the customer has to wait more, without any reason, to place the order. Overall the food is fine and the branch is very clean and nicely located.
