Overall a satisfactory experience making a purchase with them.What I liked the most is they keep the relationship professional and customer representatives are very accommodating. I wouldn't have placed an order to them if I hadn't had faith to get exactly what I was looking for. They deal fairly as they have their items priced online and I would suggest to keep an eye on their ongoing sales as I found something in very reasonable price from their summer sale. When I received my order of multiple items, the delivery team was very supportive and payed attention to all the details from carrying to installation.Surly I will be making further purchases soon and recommend you to do give them a try once and see that for yourself.

Loved the Texture of the Furniture and specially the dealing of the Sales representative Mr. Noman was awesome.

Highly unprofessional! They do not know the business ethics. The owner committed the price and later on, while placing order, the price was increased and the owner bluntly said that it was never committed. There is a total disconnect between the owner and the staff. Even though we accepted the price and placed the order after visiting the showroom (not online), there were no updates provided to us after 15 days of placing the order regarding the delivery time. When inquired, they said that the fabric that was finalized by us is not available. So, we visited the showroom again and selected an alternate fabric. Finally, the product was delivered today (2 chairs in 30 days), but the delivery man demanded for another Rs.2000 as the delivery charges. We were not informed about the delivery charges at the time of placing the order, neither it was mentioned on the receipt. The staff and the owner again changed their statement that it was communicated to us when the order was placed. In short, I would just say that they are totally unprofessional people having no knowledge of business ethics and customer satisfaction. I would never do business with them again ever, and never would recommend to anyone. If you want to spend that much of money on furniture, please go for a more reputed brand. Highly not recommended.

Not satisfied as I ordered the furniture for almost complete house. They delivered the furniture in 4-5 shipments. Bed polish color was different. Dressing table finishing is pathetic plus knobs are of low quality. I had to return sofa twice due to stain and dirt. They washed it and sent it back to me. Centre table was totally different than what I ordered and they refused to change the cloth and said, they sent this because the original cloth and design I choose was not available. They never bothered to ask me if I am happy with the replacement. I asked Hassan (owner) to change the cloth as I am willing to pay extra but now I am trying to contact him from last 3 weeks and he is not responding. So, overall bad experience. Not satisfied at all.

Designs are good. Variety is good too. Overpriced
