The building was old and no parking place. When i entered it was totally empty no display cosmetics

The building was old and no parking place. When i entered it was totally empty no display cosmetics nor any clock or hanhing object . Rates were too expensive. And cosmetics was too dirty and expired dated .. Even sponge was smelly. I dint like this place and their services
