How can they be professional when they cannot reply to emails. They don't care about their customers

How can they be professional when they cannot reply to emails. They don't care about their customers. I bought 2 plots and 1 Trivelles villa in April 2020 but due to their uncompromising and very unprofessional attitude, I haven't received my files until today (10.09.2020) even after investing 1 crore rupees. I heard and read they are good but in my experience, it's the worst company in actuality. I wish I could get a 100% refund but they will deduct 25% for their mistakes
