Terrible Customer Service
I place an order with interwood, a couple of the items were damaged and they sent me an extra item, I contacted the customer service team and lodged my complaint regarding the damaged items and the extra item that they sent me, which was on the 4th of September, after repeated attempts to contact them I have had no response, today I spoke with Syed Kashif Ali who told me and i quote “I’m pretending and cooking things up”., and as far as he is concerned by complaint will start from today. There is a serious lack of professionalism and aftercare services with interwood, based on my experience i would say don’t spend your money here and go else where
