Very poor customer service. I placed an order on 02nd January, 2022 and waited for 04 days for delivery. Today 0n 06-01-2022 I contacted Rhizmall and they informed that my order is in process and will be dispatched soon. They have not dispatched my order even after passage of 04 days. They even don't bother to pick phone calls and neither respond on WhatsApp. Highly disappointed. Considering the reviews of other customers, I really doubt that they will send me the wrong product.
