As it is newly built, so not smelly or dirty. .. single rooms r very small in size but then the rate

As it is newly built, so not smelly or dirty. .. single rooms r very small in size but then the rates are also low. Found it a nice place to stay. It's a motel and u have to go out for dining or drinks.
