Good customer service. The facility is big enough to cater for a lot of cars at the same time. The sitting area is nice, you can get coffee or tea as complimentary with your car service.

Toyota Islamabad offers good services in vehicle maintenance as well as other auto related services. The staff is really competent and never compromises on quality of service and safety. Rates are on a higher side but if you are looking for a professional care of your Toyota car, this should be your first choice. Customer service is also in good hands and you can count on them. Highly recommended.

TIM as its affectionately called is a one -stop shop for all your Toyota needs. I normally visit it on a Sunday, when my car tuning is due. Staff is very friendly, efficient and quick to deliver. Sundays gives you a free Car Wash plus lovely Desi Breakfast while you wait.

Not very special or systematic. Only the car registration was smooth and person handling registration is soft spoken, but seems they take your extra money from you for not having to take the car to inspector, but for me the car was 29 kilometer driven when I got the delivery, so seems they did take the car to inspector to save some money. Starting off from vehicle booking, to sharing of PBO with typing mistake up to delivery, you remain uncertain of their flows as for simple corrections there was lot of wait time involved. Their phone response is pathetic. So don't rely on any help via phone. Nothing too special about delivery times. You will get the car very late, as probably Toyota Indus has put this dealer on some "low priority list". After car delivery, I visited for first inspection. The service area was much crowded though it was a weekday. The worst part of the visit was that as soon as I reached, I was asked to get the work order, for which they would send you two stories up via stairs and back. You give the work order paper to mechanic who waits for you near the car. Once the work is done, you go to payment counter and get clearance, and then you again have to get paperwork done i.e. walk two stories upstairs to get your gate pass / out pass. Some improvement is DEFINITELY NEEDED. Just move the stupid printer on the same floor. The inspection itself is okay. Mechanic who conducted basic inspection was thorough. He asked if there were any issues (which there weren't any). So, all okay on that part. All in all, not more than 3 stars out of 5.
