They dont have any respect for the customer's precious time even if u visit after an appointment. Just a mediocre service crew and attitude is not customer friendly bringing a very bad reputation to a well renowned name in industry. Hated it for their non cooperation.

Staff is very unprofessional. They deal with their customers as they are doing their services free of cost. Services are not also upto the mark. There are many other places that have similar rates for services but are good in manners. They don't feel brides special on their big day even after charging big amount.

I got barat and mehndi makeup done and other complimentary services which were fabulous but that was sep 2017 recently (sep 2021) I got a haircut a simple layered haircut and the new incharge destroyed my hair she didn't know how to give a haircut

Pathetic beauty salon in the vacity.... The staff is very rude. I went there recently and had 2 bridal bookings for mehandi and barat of my sister.... Still the staff was very rude they didn't make any concession for my party make knowing that I have already paid them 50k.... Besides for my sister’s mehandi makeup she charged me an extra 4k for the extensions..... They treat their customers as if they are having the services for alms.... I would recommend you not to go there and waste your precious time and money.... Its is very overrated for no reason
