Although the area seems to be a bit sufasticated but the people are mediocres so the management needs to maintain some standard in order to be in the market. Otherwise the cash n carries will not let this shoping mall to be in context with them. They will simply swallow this shopping Mahal

Development is very very slow, they have 5 floors resistancial Appartments but till now nothing deliver, Every time they say we will complete in 6 Months or 5 months but they did not finish till know. From 2016 - till now pending pending. Slowest development every in the world. Also the owner promised to pay rent for Appartments buyer but he did not full fill.
