I wish I could have rate them -5. Don't ever visit this hospital/clinic if you care about your beloved one and your money values. I had visit the clinic with my 1 month old daughter having chest infection problem, due to Sunday no other doctor was available at clinic, I had my daughter's previous check-up with Dr. Saba who sits at Fatima Clinic and claim to be child specialist but actually she's not or may be she's nothing more than a bragger. So the guy who deals emergency situations, referred me to Dr. Shumaila (Medical Officer) and after that they tested me nerves by torturing me, She was trying her pevel best to made us realized that our daughter's life is in danger. She focused to get her admitted in hospital without any testing or possible first aid but She was committed to get her admit and deliberately put her on Oxygen cylinder so they could make their high amount bill. Some Charges are as below Oxygen per day (Whenever required) →10000/PKR Semi Private Room →8000/PKR Doctor's each visit → 1500/PKR Medicines, tests and all other charges would be additional. They asked me to pay 25000/PKR for admission and I was amazed that how could be they behave such inhuman manners without giving her first aid or mandatory testing. I said if the situation is serious like they told so we can go for panel hospitals. After hearing that she literally changed her tone and rudely advise us to go for checkup wherever we want. Note: All these instructions like Oxygen, Admission, testing and more were given by so called Child specialist Dr. Saba on telephonic conversation to her backup medical officer Dr. Shumaila (if I am not wrong about her name). Many other child specialists were on off due to Sunday so I visited the nearest government hospital Poly Clinic and unexpectedly they treated us really well. Blood CP and other reports were fine but lil bit infection in chest. Today I've an appointment with Child Specialist in DHA and I'm really hopeful to be treated good and some positivity which is necessary by any health consultant. In the end, I would care to say that "DON'T VISIT THIS CLINIC OF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR BELOVED ONES AND YOUR HILAL MONEY WORTHS"

I took my wife to the Fatima clinic for arm plaster treatment around 2 o clock afternoon, I found the dresser guy was totally un experience he even don’t know how to wash the arm and don’t know how to wrap cotton around the arm my wife was crying because of pain dressing guy charge 1000 rupees without proper treatment, I’ll say no should go to Fatima clinic
