Im using ptcl internet becaz we don't have any other internet provider here in mardan but its the worst internet provider ever caz of constant disconnection slow internet no help service no complaints service rude staff If u tell them im not getting what i should they will tell u disconnet ur line if u don't like it thats how rude they r I had 20mbps in 2017 it was downgraded to 8mbps caz there line can't support this kind of speed but they r constantly giving more connections if ur line can't support fast internet then y ru guys even giving more connections just provide ur current customers good service rather then giving more connections We using this connection from more then 20 years from ptcl but they r not what they use to been its 2020 and they r still using old copper wires instead of fiber

They are pathetic. Don't respond promptly. My Feb payed bill problem hasn't been solved till now. They must upgrade their service.

Always very poor service, slow DSL even after fiber in SMT

Still live in Old ages with little focus on quality services and followup with customers on issue or even potential sale
