Very well stocked bookstore, with an affordable loyalty program (membership card costs Rs 300/-). The store offers substantial discounts (10-50%) to walk-in customers as well. The store stocks a wide variety of Urdu and Islamic literature in bulk. Books produced by prominent Pakistani publishers such as Al-Faisal, Sang-e-Meel, Mushtaq Book Corner, Jahangir Book Depot (JBD) etc are readily available. A limited variety of books produced by foreign publishers is also available. The store takes orders online, on phone and via Facebook. The website has limited functionality and no SSL. It is a family owned business operated by Gagan and Amar Shahid, sons of the original owner Mr Shahid Hameed. Book Corner also publishes Urdu and Islamic literature under an eponymous brand, which carry a 50% discount on the list price at their brick and mortar store. Their own titles are printed on brown, medium quality paper and are overpriced to encourage retail bookstores by offering a substantial profit margin. Buying Book Corner titles from the open market is therefore not recommended. Book Corner Showroom also erect stalls in regional book fairs and "melas" including the annual Da'wah Academy Book Fair held at the Shah Faisal Mosque (Islamabad) where they offer up to 50% discounts to all walk-in customers. They ship world-wide.
