Turkish Airlines Islamabad City Office

Broad daylight theft. First change is not free for my ticket in Pakistan but my mother's ticket which was changed for free in the U.K. was a "different" ticket. Extortionate 31000 PKR. Absolute thieves.

They don't answer the phone and u r e mails. You hav to come in person even if you r living in Peshawar or Talagang. Never travel on this airlines.

Token is given at the ground floor by the guard and then you can go up either by lift or the stairs then when you enter the airline office you can take a seat and wait for your turn the rest is all good

My family traveled via Turkish Airlines from Islamabad to Washington DC yesterday and had one of the absolute worst experiences you can have by ground staff. Flying business class we had two suitcases that had some fragile stuff packed and we requested the business check in counter to place FRAGILE tags on our luggage. The checkin counter refused to put those tags saying its their policy not to put FRAGILE tags on customer luggage. We have been flying for atleast 26 years and this was the first time some airline said that they are not allowed by policy to put FRAGILE tags on luggage. When we insisted that We must have those tags put on they asked us to wait on the side for about 32 minutes. They then produced a form which was a liability waiver saying that we the customer have packed the bags wrong and will be responsible for all damage to our stuff and Turkish airlines is notresponsible. We read the form and refused to sign as our luggage is airlines responsibility to destinatio and we were not going to waive that liability. We were refused those tags and the luggage went in without those in. We will report our damages to them if any but we don't hope that there will be an amicable resolution. 10 days ago on our flight ✈ from DC to Islamabad we had a 5 hour layover in Istanbul and Turkish ground staff there took our Three Michael Kors ladies bags and several Estee Lauder makeup kits we had brought as gifts. We had complained to Turkish along with all receipts and photos to no avail as of yet. Flying Turkish Airlines is one of the worst experiences in international travel please avoid it. They definitely don't deserve your hard earned money avoid at all costs.

Their email and phone help are both poor, and their email responses are slow. In the event of an emergency, I would advise going straight to their Sales Office in F7 Islamabad or the Islamabad Airport by verifying their office hours on Google, rather than wasting time emailing or calling them. Their office staff, on the other hand, is professional.
