Mismanagement, dirty, chaotic and ill planed office, poor service need to be improved... Visited this office along with kids and felt disappointed to see the deplorable condition of passport office... Why they can't provide services like nadra?

Passport office located at G10 markaz. But fee submitted at national bank at G9 markaz. We can get chalan form by natinal bank free of cost. Normal passport fee is 3000.

Typical government office. No discipline, no professionalism, no efficiency. Reference and bribe works or otherwise you will get wrong info. Passports are not delivered as per commitment. Some of the procedural requirements are mentioned no where

Quick service. I was able to renew my passport within 20 minutes. PLEASE NOTE, DO NOT pay service charges when paying fee in bank. Let say if you wish to renew you passport with 100 pages for 10 years, you pay only 9500 (etc). No need to pay addational 2500 mentioned service charges.

The service is quite quick if you have all your requirements completed.The delivery of the passports was quite quick.

Very very Gud service on 21-01-2022 in the morning I reach to national bank g-10/1 9:23am for submitting of bank challan (agent are sitting out site of bank fill bank challan for u and charge PKR: 100/- or blank challan are available at bank also). I submitted the bank challan at 9:34am. It took 3min to reach to passport office g-10. Photocopier shop is located in the parking area. After all the work at 9:55am I am standing outside of the passport office service is so quick.had a great experience. Best of luck.

If you are visiting to apply for a passport first of visit NBP to get challan and pay fee there otherwise after visiting passport office you have to go around 4km away NBP branch to deposit your challan fee and come back to the process thanks

Great exp, there is separate area of old citizens, took 10 minutes in getting passport for my mother
