Non frofessionalism

Before deciding this company let me tell you some facts about company: (1): Do you know their estimated cost and final bill has difference in Millions?? Yes, they will measure your building vertically ( yes vertically). Means if foundation is more than 5feet then you pay extra per foot. If ceiling is more than 10feet than more money. Which will cost you in millions… (2): Do you know they charge per day fine if your payment is delayed?? Yes, thousands per day. (3): Do you know, they will charge material escalated prices from you?? Yes, they will charge single penny raise in Cement, Brick and Cement price. (5): Do you know, they will charge % of the whole amount extra if your payment is delayed from a certain period? Their contract is Trap.. (6): See wording and timing of positive comments. All is fake. If you know everything then decision is yours…
