Today 2nd March 2021 around 2:00 pm, I visited the police station. I wanted NOC for my bike for transportation. Constables refused to issue me NOC. I met "Muharar" at the police station. He is a very nice person, I explained to him the situation and why I needed NOC. He dealt with me politely and asked the constable to write me a NOC. Later when I was leaving, I met him again to thank him for his help. He inquired me whether someone asked me for a bribe. I replied No. He was happy with my answer he smiled and offers me a cup of tea. I thanked him for his hospitality. Well, l found Punjab police better than Sindh police where I paid Rs 500 as a bribe for NOC. Hats off Mr. "Muharar" at the police station.
