No sense of responsibility to help people. They don't answer their phones. You keep calling them and

No sense of responsibility to help people. They don't answer their phones. You keep calling them and message them on business WhatsApp number but no one will respond to you. All of the franchises will tell you that you will get imported medicine from mall Road branch and mall Road branch would never answer but they will see your messages. I had to travel 21 kms to find out that they don't stock imported injections and since they are illegal to sell they wouldn't give any receipt. I'm 100% sure owners do not know and staff is just dealing under table that us why they only like to deal face to face and without receipts. Shameful act - deception even in selling medicines which are basic need. God bless this country
