Smart Hotel lahore

Nice cosy hotel at an affordable price. Stayed a couple of days here during a documentary shoot. The breakfast was great and served early which was a relief. Some of the Chinese dishes in the menu need some reworking because they were too 'Desi'. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here if I visit Lahore again.

Good Hotel, in sense of Room Service, food is good Rooms are good, atmosphere suitable for Single/ family stay. Hotel location 10/10 Rooms 8/10 Food 8/10 Atmosphere for single/ family 10/10

Nice hotel into Imtiaz is star Yousaf Khan GM of hotel is non cooperative person , hotel will loose business due to him.

It was clean, quite and a very comfy hotel . . Much like any other expensive hotels . . Food was good too . . I highly recommend the hotel

On the plus side, Good location, courteous staff, good food reasonable rates. Our room was very small, not comfortable. Rooms could use good cleaning

A place like home

Good experience with good and speedy service, responsive and responsible staff.very good maintenance of rooms. I would have given 5 stars if two missing items were placed 1) tea maker with tea and coffee sachets. 2)iron board in room. We usually get these in international standard hotels than why can't we be INTERNATIONAL. MY COMPLEMENTS for good house keeping and management.

Wasn't had a good experience but got a call from GM and he sorted out everything. Nice and polite guy. Appreciate his efforts

Didn’t find that comfortable. Staff is unprofessional. Unnecessarily expensive. Not recommended
