Website shows wifi but in reality there service was not working and they had no idea about it. Broke

Website shows wifi but in reality there service was not working and they had no idea about it. Broken showers & smelly washrooms. Lack of cleanliness. Cats roam inside rooms and hallways. No value for money. Bad quality food. ACs have worn out compressors. Too much outside noise, rooms have literally zero isolation. TV/cable quality is worst. There is no key and locking system. It really needs a big revamp.
