Was badly let down by another Gym (wont mention name this time) and needed to reduce extra weight gains within months. Contacted Crossfit Gym (DHA) -must say they were well organised and well managed. I was thoroughly taken care of & trained under professional trainers. Many thanks to Junaid and his staff.
