My English not good Respectedly , I was a regular customer with attock Petroleum but when Hascol came near to us in Haji Pura Road we became a part of Hascol Hajipura from the begining to till 17.03.2022. but today i was shocked to see my bike tank after filling. I told him to just fill my bike tank according to RS510, and I was not seeing that's my mistake. usually we use RS510 only to fill my bike tank and you know also you can figure it after fill. Approximately within 10 seconds he said you can go after he said I saw meter that was 0.00 Wow Great man . I realized something was wrong and saw my bike tank was not in the same position as the RS510. So I stopped my bike and asked him to just empty my bike. Something was wrong but they were not listening to me. I said again 2 or 3 times then he answered me it's not my job my job only to fill tank Ok. after that i demand him i want to see my video on CCTV have hascol installed on meter and in whole area to cover Pump but he said there is no person here even manager then starting to misbehave with me and when i insist him i'll Complaint Online then he give me shocking statement (kion mujy nokri se nikalwana ha) ooooh if he is right then why he said me i don't know him and have no any personal issues also i don't want to fire from his job for one moment i thought hascol have afford to every pump just do anything and customer have no value for hascol. Time was approximately between 8.15am to 9:45am 16.03.2022 that time. Within time someone came and asked me about the issue so he told me honestly you can say he cheated you. I said Alhamdulillah but I said the same question to the worker. He had nothing to say that let me know why he was quiet. I confirmed Hascol has no value for their customer. Have made cpmplain same time but still nothing that's the Hascol Service
