It was the worst experience
We bought a electric heater, after two and half months the rods went bad. Since we had one year warranty, we took the heater to the metro. According to the manager, THE WARRANTY IS ONLY ON THE PLASTIC NOT ON THE RODS. First time in my life, I heard the warranty partially covers the product. After some back and forth dialogue, we were told “metro” can’t do anything but the customer has to contact the company who make these heaters. The manager indicated that the warranty will cover “only” plastic if the heater catches the fire and it melts. If wasn’t some cheap electric heater. First time experience at the metro and the worst experience. Lies and bunch of more lies.
