I would urge doctor and staff to guide patients properly no matter how busy or famous they are... Customer service and satisfaction should be a priority.... My experience so far is not good.... Already going through a lot of pain due to the condition my wife is facing, relying on you guys to guide and advise us properly. Staff become active only when Doctor is around otherwise you have to run after them. When you ask doctor how to use medicine she tells, my assistant will guide you. And they just tell take medicine bd or once. What in case of medicines like cyclogest, a common person has no idea...... Staff should not be trained to please their bosses but the customers. A caring and compassionate culture towards patients is more helpful.
