Once it is considered as a hallmark of modern Gujranwala. But unfortunately the project totally fail

Once it is considered as a hallmark of modern Gujranwala. But unfortunately the project totally failed and now a days its some portion which is somehow complete, have some shops. The basement and the second floor aur haunted areas of this plaza.
