I am afraid I had my life’s worst customer service experience with Bank Al Falah while opening RDA account! The staff sitting there to answer to customer complains/ queries is not knowledgeable at all, and dont have tendency to resolve the issues. A word of caution for all new comers to Al Falah Bank!!

The only bank who is taking parking charges when you park at bank premises.

This bank has very small area. Operations of this bank is not upto the mark.. Seems like a government bank.. Everyone is shouting to other. No intercom system from one table to another. Staff motivation and working is low due to staff burden.. It seems like No JD's Defined..
