It's better than the most of other hotels available in muzafrabad. It's price is affordable according to the facilities they provide The beds & sheets were clean & toilets were also good to use almost every room have a old tv for your entertainment moreover they also facilitate you with wifi. The staff here is welcoming & polite. I can't vouch for the food cz i haven't eaten there. So all in all it's a fair deal not too heavy on your pocket & not too bad on your mood
